A dedicated Customer Service Officer will track all vessel deliveries to ensure that each of your orders are acknowledged, answered and managed efficiently till the point of final delivery.
Gulf Marine Customer Service Officers are equipped with Mobile Phones and Blackberry™ devices, reachable 24 hours a day, for keeping in close contact with your onshore team until the vessel’s delivery has been made. In case an unexpected event happens as the case can be, his/her mission will be to provide your team with the best back-up delivery solutions.
She/he will meet your staff regularly to ensure that there is a full understanding of your requirements and regular feedback meetings about the service will be set up with your team. The Gulf Marine Customer Service Officer will also consider each order sent, even if the port of call is not listed in our Sealub Alliance International Ports Directory.
